Inspired by the magnificent Himalayan town of Gulmarg – meaning “meadow of flowers” – this bold and uplifting expression showcases our whiskymaker’s sense of adventure as we explore intensely tropical, modern flavour profiles.

An elegant sparkling whisky apéritif, where all flavours combine to enhance the fruity and floral profile of the whisky.
50ml The Lakes Whiskymaker's Editions Iris
15ml Elderflower cordial
10ml Yellow Charteuse
60ml Sparkling Medium Dry Cider
Shake all the ingredients except the cider vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with a medium dry sparkling cider. Serve with raspberries.
