Inspired by the wood spice flavours to celebrate the notion of bravery Audax at the American Bar explores how brave and daring ingredients can play with a drinker's emotions.

As part of their 10-year anniversary celebration, Scarfes Bar created the No.6 cocktail as part of a series of surprising potions designed to incite different emotions.
