What if I’m not in delivery?

We do require a signature from a responsible adult for the item due to the nature of the product. If you are not in, you’ll receive a card in the post with the contact details of your local depot. We can deliver to a home or work address, just let us know or update your delivery address accordingly.

You can call your local depot to have the parcel re-delivered to a neighbour or arrange a collection. If you have received a dispatch email but no card within 48-72 hrs, call us on 017687 88850 (option 6) and we can provide your tracking number. This will enable to you to get in touch with the courier and arrange a re-delivery or collection.
