The One Colheita Cask Finished Whisky

Each singular release of The One Cask Expressions collection has been finished in the finest oak casks, adding a new dimension to the flavour profile and demonstrating the influence oak and cask seasoning has on whisky's flavour-elevation.

Colheita (Col-yate-a) means “harvest”, referring to the exclusive use of grapes from a single crop to create a vintage port.

Our singular blend of The Lakes Single Malt and select grain and malt Scotch whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay is then finished in rare Colheita casks to create this rich and warming  expression of The One. 

Peach cobbler, fresh apricot, and a whiff of autumnal smoke on the nose lead to a palate of ripe plums, vanilla custard and warming cinnamon with a rich and comforting finish.

Non-chill filtered for a richer mouthfeel and fuller flavour, with only the natural colours derived from our oak casks in every bottle.
