Ceodre Martini
A grown up, savoury Vodka Martini, with a touch of acidity coming from vinegar, and a few nutty and spicy notes from Oloroso, which work well with the umami garnish of a mild cheddar cheese. Use a Nocellara olive instead if you are looking for something dairy-free.
