The One Collection is a range of fine blended whiskies showcasing the role of innovative cask seasoning in flavour elevation. This Sherry cask expression is heavily influenced by our dark and sweet PX sherry casks; a decadent whisky, perfect after dinner or to relax and unwind. A nose of Medjool dates, sun-dried raisins, sultanas and polished wood leads to Macadamia nuts, dark chocolate and gentle smoke on the palate of with a long, warming and rich finish.
