Inspired by a personal influence, The Sibin’s take on the Old Fashioned is inspired by a sweet snack one of the team’s mum used to make during the colder months. Consisting of prunes stuffed with walnuts and slow-cooked in red wine, they have used the same flavours to not only recreate a childhood memory but to enhance The Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.5.
