Opening its doors in 2021, the Booking Office is one of the newest, and most exciting, dining and drinking destinations in Kings Cross. Housed inside St Pancras Station, this brasserie bar transports visitors back to the 1800s with a traditional European charm mixed with London wit. This cocktail pays tribute to our whisky maker’s pioneering approach to flavour creation.
