When can I expect delivery?
If you are having your bottle delivered, we will be delivering in batches from Monday 24th September.
We respectfully request some patience with us as the logistics of organising the delivery of 3000 bottles with a very small team is not be underestimated.
What if I’m not in?
We do require a signature from a responsible adult for the item due to the nature of the product. If you are not in, you’ll receive a card in the post with the contact details of your local depot. We can deliver to a home or work address, just let us know or update your delivery address accordingly.
You can call your local depot to have the parcel re-delivered to a neighbour or arrange a collection. If you have received a dispatch email but no card within 48-72 hrs, call us on 017687 88850 (option 6) and we can provide your tracking number. This will enable to you to get in touch with the courier and arrange a re-delivery or collection.
How do I know my bottle has been sent?
You should receive an email direct from our couriers APC when the bottle is dispatched. Keep an eye out in the post and your inbox.
Who is the courier?
UK and Ireland deliveries are made with our courier, APC.
To find your local depot, go to https://apc-overnight.com/contact/depot-finder/ and enter your postcode. International deliveries will be made separately and a colleague will be in touch to organise postage with you.
How do I track my delivery?
When your bottle is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number from APC. Track your parcel using this website address: https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking
I haven’t received a card or my bottle yet?
If you haven’t received your bottle by the end of October, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 017687 88850 (option 6) and we will let you know where we are up to.
What if I’m going on holiday?
If you’d like to request a delay in the dispatch of your bottle, please contact us at email@example.com or call 017687 88850 (option 6). Due to the scale of the logistics in delivery we cannot guarantee dispatch or delivery on a certain date, however we will do our best to meet any special requests.
Can I collect my bottle?
If you have registered to collect your bottle before the 10th of September, we have a notification of this and will organise it to be available to collect from the distillery from Saturday 22nd September. If you missed this deadline, your bottle will be dispatched in batches from Monday 24th September (see below).
What if my presentation box is damaged?
We make every attempt to ensure your parcel arrives in excellent condition. This year we have put extra measures in place, including putting the bottle through a ‘fragile’ carrier network and devising a ‘suspension frame’ fitment for the corrugate box to ensure the presentation box arrives with you without damage.
We can however arrange a replacement box for you if needed. To request this, please email images of the damaged box to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 017687 88850 (option 6).
What if my bottle is damaged?
Email email@example.com with photos of the damage to the bottle and we will do our best to replace or fix what we can.
